If you have a BMW and care about your car do your maintenance and repairs at this shop. Family owned, excellent customer service, reasonable prices, high end products. When I pulled up and saw all the employees BMW’s I knew I was at the right place for me and my X3’s needs. They have earned a long time customer based on my intial experiences.

Been taking my Porsche there for the past year after a mishap at the dealership. Amazing service, amazing pricing, extremely knowledgeable! Doesn’t only work on BMW’s. I trust them alone in the West TX area.

I came in with what I was told by a dealership was a 8k problem. Found out it was only a $100 issue thanks to this highly knowledgeable awesome team! They found themselves a forever customer! I won't take my BMW anywhere else ever again.

I took my Mercedes to borderline euro and the staff was very professional. They knew exactly what they were talking about when they referenced my car. The work was timely and my car is working great. If they said they were going to call me, they called me. That is greatly appreciated. It didn’t seem like they were just out to make money. It seemed like the goal for them was to make me happy and appropriately fix my vehicle. They worked with my Insurance company and everything was fast and efficient. I would definitely take my car back to them for anything.

Best shop in town . Had taken my 2015 mini cooper countryman to different shops and no success in troubleshooting. Took it for first time to Borderland Euro and everything was fixed customer service satisfaction. This team are very professional and courtesy in what they do . As for me I will do my service with them if I have any issues with my automobiles. Thank you Borderland Euro for your service.

I took my Mercedes to them as a last hope that they would repair my vehicle. And I am so glad that I did. Since the first day, the staff have been very professional and communicative. They found every single problem that was wrong with my vehicle that have been caused by another shady shop and fixed them. They were patient and cordial. Their prices are reasonable and affordable. It’s always pleasure dealing with Roy, who was always upfront with me. Definitely taking my Mercedes there for any servicing, oil changes, or any other repairs my vehicle may need. I can’t thank them enough!!!

If I could only use one word to describe the level of excellence this place gave it would be WOW. The repair and diagnostic process did take longer than I would have liked. Only because I really wanted to drive my car. The entire process with very pleasant to say the least. Roy kept me informed throughout the whole process. If you have a European car this is your place to go. Thanks again!! #rd car i have brought here. Its a Mercedes e300 that needed some suspension work. My expectations were exceeded once again.

I had an outstanding experience with Borderland Euro Auto Repair. The team was knowledgeable, transparent, and took the time to clearly explain everything they were doing on my European vehicle, which made me feel confident in their work. Service was completed efficiently, and they used high-quality parts while keeping the pricing fair compared to dealership options. They treated me like family and delivered professional service from start to finish. I highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable auto repair, especially for German makes like BMW or Audi.
